"We found Sagebrook Developments while looking for a company to build an infill. They indicated they were in the process of a build in the same community we were looking at and invited us to view it. It was at this viewing that we met Kristine and Jason. Even at a very early stage of construction, the quality was evident. We loved the layout and ended up buying the home. The color palette had been largely selected, but Kristine was excellent and allowed us some flexibility and choices even at that late stage. Kristine and Jason were always accessible and responded quickly especially as the possession date neared.

Timing was an issue due to the possession date of our sold home. Sagebrook Developments worked hard to meet the desired possession date and achieved it. Due to the rains of this spring certain finishing details and the landscaping were not complete at the possession date, but Jason kept the trades coming whenever there was a break in the weather. Small details and issues were dealt with immediately and with minimal intrusion.
