Kristine Yung, B. Mgmt

Principal

Kristine is a licensed Mortgage Broker through the Real Estate Council of Alberta and holds both an accounting diploma and a Bachelors of Management. Over the years Kristine has worked in large corporate settings, but later on moved to private firms working in real estate and land development as well as real estate financing. She then developed a passion for the real estate industry and learned the efficiencies of smaller private companies that take on large challenges. Realizing the real-world frustrations of financing development projects, Kristine identified a niche to perfectly serve the real estate development community when she founded Sagebrook Equities.

Kristine looks for straightforward, win-win solutions in every endeavour, which she applies adamantly to Sagebrook Equities. Together with her background and her father's training in real estate development and financing, Kristine is ideally suited to match investors with opportunities and borrowers with finance solutions.

David Yung, CMA, B. Comm

Director

David Yung has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. Since 1976, David has held several executive management positions with some of the largest institutional financial and real estate firms in Canada and the U.S. His experience ranges from accounting to managing real estate and loan portfolios, including construction and development loans, foreclosures and workouts, as well as providing refinancing alternatives on existing portfolios. David has also provided consulting services to financial institutions in regards to non-performing loans, as well as to Real Estate Syndicators for the financing and acquisition of real estate across North America.

With David's accounting background and previous experience with both financial institutions and real estate developers, David has the ability to maximize the value of real estate assets.

Janey Yung-Perez

Director/Administrator

Janey holds her Business Administration Diploma, majoring in finance, as well as her Mortgage Agents' Licence through the Real Estate Council of Alberta. In addition, Janey's industrial, commercial and retail real estate experience in Property Management adds value to the Sagebrook team.

Jason Permann

Construction Project Manager

Jason has over 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience in a wide range of trades, specializing in carpentry and framing. Over the years Jason has worked for many well known home builders in Calgary, as well as working on renovation projects to building custom dream homes for private clients. Jason's skill and passion in his work brings unmatched quality workmanship to our products.
