All loans are short term, open for repayment after 3 months with no penalty.

  • Funds required to finance the servicing of land. Occurs in draws

  • Funds required against equity in remaining inventory (unsold lots, homes, condo units, commercial suites, etc.)

Mortgage Participation/Joint Venture Partnerships

  • Equity required in a development project where Sagebrook acts as the equity partner and participates in the profits of the project

  • All investments are in specific short term real estate mortgages
  • Rate of return typically range from 9% - 15% p.a.
  • Cash or RRSP eligibility
  • Monthly cash flow
